What is the UnlimiNET Bundles?
The Unliminet Bundles is a deal breaker. It will afford customers the opportunity to take up one plan, usable for Normal Data (including tethering & streaming), WTFB (aka Social Bundle), Voice minutes and SMS.
Upon subscription for any of the value for money bundles, customers will enjoy the ALL of the following:

• Normal data allowance
• Unlimited WTF (aka Social Bundles- WhatsApp, Twitter, FaceBook & BBM)
• Voice Minutes, usable during the day
• Voice minutes, usable at night between 11 p.m. & 6 a.m.
• Off Net SMS
• On Net SMS

Based on the above, please note the following:

• Internet bundles refer, in this case to normal data bundles
• Smart Share Me2U or Gifting of any of the bundles in (i)-(vi) above is not possible

What value options are available in the UnlimiNET bouquet of offerings?

• All the various plans are easily accessible by dialing the USSD menu *489#
• All the plans above can be subscribed for on any type of device- mobile, tablet or pad, dongle e.t.c.
• Each of the plans above can be taken up multiple times
• The SMS options for subscription are active- customer has to send SMS activation code to 489
• The UnlimiNET bundles are valid for the associated periods as stipulated on the table above
• Customers will be able to extend/re-activate the same or other UnlimiNET plans when a current subscription is active. Each time the customer activates a further plan; the stipulated features are increased accordingly.
• Auto-renewal: each of the plans are automatically renewed at the end of the validity periods. Customers who want this feature disabled can send STOP to 489 via SMS or by dialing *489*100#
• Validity Accumulation is possible. Customers will get the validity of the last bundle subscribed for whilst not erasing existing associated values. The validity of the plan with the higher validity will always obtain.
• The data allowances referred to above are usable for normal data bundles & the WTF bundle (note that both reside in different wallets)

Do customers need a special SIM card to take up the UnlimiNET bouquet or are there any eligibility limitations?
No special SIM card is required as all newly activated SIMs are automatically data enabled & eligible for any of the UnlimiNET bundles. However, each SIM must have been KYC-ed without which data activity will be automatically disabled. Customers are advised to visit the nearest Airtel retail or partner outlets to perform KYC.

Can customers take up other bundles alongside the UnlimiNET bundles?
Yes, this is possible. However, customers who take up any of the UnlimiNET bundles will have these bundles being priority over any other bundle taken up.

Will a customer be cut-off when any of the features is consumed?
The following table summarizes the situation post exhaustion -
