The Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, on Tuesday rescheduled the resumption
of the trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, from March 10 to
11 March, 2016.
The Head, Press and Public Relations of the CCT, Ibraheem Al-hassan, said this in a statement that the new date was fixed following a request by Saraki’s new lead counsel, Chief Kanu Agabi, SAN.
Al-hassan said the new counsel to the Senate President pleaded with the tribunal to reschedule the trial because he has other urgent court matters to attend to on March 10.
